HULA HOOPING is a great cardio-vascular workout and excellent for the abdominals. Workshops are available for small or large groups. The workshop can be tailored to any age group or level of skill, but generally involves brief warm up, instruction on technique & form with demonstration. Ideal for school groups, community centres, festivals and corporate exercise classes. A performance can be included upon request.
